Thanks for the information J. Mike. Today was another great day to be a Falcons fan–a phenomenon that seems to be on the increase since Thomas Dimitroff and Smitty arrived…coincidence??? I think not!

We now have the first piece of the puzzle with the opponents for next season, but when will we know the dates of the games for next season? My wife and I are trying to make some travel plans for next fall (celebrating our 25th anniversary in 2010 with a trip to Italy) and want to work around the Falcons home games, since we’re STH.

Thanks for all of the great work this season J. Mike: we all appreciate it!

Does falcons site have this wrong because in 2007, falcons played in Seattle and home against San Fran so I feel those two should be reversed. Am I wrong? Great schedule next year as more difficult games are at home, opposite of this season (what the saints had this year, redskins, bills and dolphins on road and pats and jets at home)

I do not think any other team in the league could have done any better than we have given all the adversity this team has faced i.e, tough schedule, playing tough teams away off their bye. People are saying how this isn’t an elite football team but I think it’s seasons like this that make you one. If it weren’t for adversity they would be a bunch of, well you know what I mean. I hope we make a deal to keep grimes around he has earned his spot on this team. We still need a #1 cover guy.

Those of us who have lived here with the Falcons for 35 years have seen it all…and it feels real good to be done with it…..let the dynasty begin!!!!

GRIMES may be the most improved player on the Falcons this year. His work ethic must be through the roof, and his humble college origins keep him motivated to work harder than anyone else. Let’s keep him around. Crisp Houston should be gone.

Tony G is a beast. We need him back. Plus he’ll be a great teacher for the other TE’s. Snelling was great at times. Excellent backup for Turner. We played 6 teams off a bye in 2009. Our schedule looks good for 2010. Defense looking better. If we stay healthy, we will kick butt!

Jsut a quick glance at the schedule, and depending on how things shake out …. I feel like 6 – 7 wins in the Dome, 4 – 5 wins on the road … so 10 wins and that’s without too much difficulty

I believe the 2010 home and away are reversed for St. Louis and San Francisco. Rams game should be in the Georgia Dome with the 49er game in San Francisco.

This was the case, but the NFL changed it during the offseason to keep East and West Coast teams from crossing the country too much.
