Your Week 15 TV Distribution Maps

We’ve reached the point in the season where more games are played on days other than Sunday. Take, for example, Thursday’s game between the Colts and Jaguars, Saturday’s game between the Saints and Cowboys (Falcons playoff implications galore) and Monday night’s game featuring the Giants and Redskins (even more Falcons playoff implications).

Next week a Friday game gets added to the mix… But that’s another blog post.

Even with all these new nationally-televised games I think it important to remember the over-the-air traditions of a Sunday afternoon.

If you’re planning to watch the Falcons-Jets game Sunday, make sure you’re heading to a sports bar, a friend’s house with DirectTV or live in the red area on the map. A FOX crew of Dick Stockton, Charles Davis and Laura Okmin will report on the game.

ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS ON WEEK 15 TELEVISION…

… Well, I would have Mrs. J. Mike DVR the Titans-Dolphins game for me. But, for some reason, Atlanta is an island of Bengals-Chargers. Speaking of the Titans game — coincidence the area in and around Austin, Texas will broadcast the game? I think not.

… San Francisco-Philadelphia could have playoff implications for the Falcons if the 49ers find a way to win out and the Eagles, Cowboys and Giants tank down the stretch. After Monday night’s win over the Cardinals, anything is possible for Mike Singletary’s team.

… Pittsburgh? Green Bay? You’re America’s Team this week.
